Is there anywhere in either Spain or the USA where disabled people can go on holiday but have help from owners?

Last year I went to France via a fab company called I need a holiday too! (Ineedaholidaytoo.com) - it was fab because I could be independent and enjoy a quiet holiday with my children, but the owners were on hand when we needed help - and took us out when I was too tired to drive. Now I am looking for somewhere similar in either Spain or the USA - or perhaps southern France
